Nothing! Shipping of all EFM product within Australia is completely free. Please allow up to 2 days for deliveries to capital cities and up to 5 days for regional areas. Please note that we can't deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

At EFM, we aim to provide a returns service that is as hassle-free as possible. If you're not happy with your purchase online, simply contact our team first at info@myefm.com advising you are returning the product due to change of mind, and then return it to us in its original condition (must not have been opened or used) with your proof of purchase. We will then be able to assess and provide a refund of the purchase price less delivery charges.

Absolutely. Your EFM Wireless Charger will need to be connected to a power source in order to charge your device. Firstly, ensure your device is compatible with wireless charging. Lastly, simple place your compatible device on top of the charge pad and your device will charge without having to connect your device to the charger with a cable. If you cancel your order prior to dispatch you will receive a full refund and won't incur any further charges.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our distribution centre, you will receive a notification email and SMS (if applicable) with your tracking details. You can track order by logging onto the Toll website and entering the consignment number from your confirmation email.
If you're out when your order arrives the courier company will leave a calling card with details on how to arrange for redelivery.
If the screen guard has been cracked or broken after it has been removed from it's original packaging, we do not offer free replacements as screen guards are designed to crack under pressure, so your device screen doesn't. Please note, no one can guarantee 100% protection to your device screen.
