Quality control checks are undertaken prior to products leaving our factory, ensuring that the number of faulty products are minimised.
If you do experience an issue with an EFM product, please follow one of the options below:
If you purchased your EFM product from a store, please return the product to the place of purchase along with your proof of purchase.
If it is NOT possible to return the case to the retailer, please submit your warranty claim here.
If you purchased your EFM product from our website, please fill out the Warranty Form to the right.
We will assess your online warranty claim and if successful, we will require you to send the faulty product back to us.
Once we’ve received the faulty item, a replacement product will be delivered to you for FREE within 7-10 business days.
